Returns Information

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return it to us for a refund or exchange. All items must be in unworn, original condition and include all original packaging.

To return your item, please ensure it's securely packaged and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Your contact details
  • The reason for return

How to Return

The easiest way to return your item to us is to create a label via our Returns Portal: Click to create a Return Label

Important

  • Postage fees incurred for returning glasses to us will need to be covered by the sender.
  • Returns sent via lockers are returned at your own risk. The parcel remains your responsibility until it is delivered to us.

Important: Our return address is a PO Box and if not using our returns portal must be returned via Royal Mail only.
